Domestic Buyers (Within India)

For domestic buyers, USB eTokens will be dispatched through registered domestic courier companies (private).

Shipment & Delivery Duration

Upon successful processing of the DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) Application, USB Token orders will be shipped within one working day. A courier tracking number will be provided to applicants for easy tracking. The delivery duration for the USB Token is a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 5 working days after the successful submission of the application.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the registered address of the buyer as per Aadhar or the address proof document submitted during the application process.

International Buyers

International orders will be shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. An additional fee is applicable for international shipments.

Shipping Disclaimer

Digisignindia is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the DSC eToken to the courier company or postal authorities within one working day from the date of issuance of the Digital Signature Certificate or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
